Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 10-15 business days upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our products is custom designed just for you in your font and in your own text. After we make it for you and ship it. If you don’t take the product for same personal or financial reasonableness. The product will be returned to us and we will have no use of the product because it is customized just for you and no one will take it again. This is one of the main reasons why we do not accept COD on orders.

  • WORRIED ABOUT PAYING ONLINE ?

We know that you are not comfortable paying the money upfront, because what you are Paying is not small amount and we are here to let you know that we care as much as you care for your money. Having said that here is why we do not accept cash on delivery on orders.

 

Cash & Carry

Items purchased at full price within 5 days of being moved to the Choose What You Pay collection are eligible for a store credit refund for the difference in price. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit, and cannot be applied retroactively. Your store credit never expires, and will automatically deduct from your next purchase at checkout.

  • Standard orders may take 10-15 business days for manufacturing.
  • Expedited shipping takes up to 10-15 business days to arrive.

     

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    NEONZASTUDIO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.

    Damages

    NEONZASTUDIO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
